CarpetRides Refund, Returns, Exchange, Warranty Policy

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with your CarpetRides purchase.

As of December 2016, we have had zero returns of our products during the past 56 months. We pride ourselves on our customer support and the superior quality of our products.

If you have any questions whatsoever about our rugs or your purchase, refund, or exchange, you can reach our customer support team at (800) 764-7459, Monday – Friday 9a-8pm Eastern Time, and we will be more than happy to help you.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction. If you have any questions at all, please call us at 800-764-7459 and we will do our utmost to assist you, its what we do.

Again, if you have any questions at all, please call our Toll Free number. We actually still use our phones, and you will talk to an actual person. If all our staff is busy helping other customers, please leave a voice mail and we will return your call within 15-30 minutes.

PURCHASE REFUNDS & eXCHANGES:

We will be happy to refund your ENTIRE purchase price, or exchange your purchase provided yOUR PURCHASE IS returned unused.Let us explain what that means:

1) *OUR RuGS ARE PACKED IN A 2 PART SHIPPING BAG system to protect them.

  • A WHITE OPAQUE OUTER SHIPPING BAG along WITH A SECURE SEE-THROUGH INTERNAL CONTAINER BAG SO THAT YOU MAY FULLY INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE OPENING THE internal SECURE SEE-THROUGH BAG YOUR RUG IS SHIPPED IN . If for any reason you are not satisfied after viewing your purchase or gift, simply contact us and use the pre-paid FedEx return shipping label to send the rug back to us.

  • We use this 2 part shipping method to fully protect our rugs during shipping ( like rain or snow on your porch when the rugs are delivered ) and to provide our customers with an ability to fully inspect our product before opening the secure internal rug container bag. THIS IS ALSO DONE TO INSURE YOUR RUGS STAY DRY DURING SHIPPING AND DELIVERY, ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER / holiday MONTHS.

iF FOR ANY REASON UPON INSPECTION YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, AND RETURN YOUR UNused Rugs WITH THE PRE-PAID insured fEDeX LABEL that we provide with each purchase, and we will refund your entire purchase price.

2) ** WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE or exchange as requested WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RUGS BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE IN ITS UNused condition. (uSED RUGS CANNOT BE RESTOCKED OR RESOLD AS NEW) .

• Merchandise Order Cancellations**

If you make a purchase and then decide that it was not what you wanted, or you inadvertently purchased / selected the wrong rug(s). Please contact us within 24HRS by telephone to amend or cancel your order before shipment. If you amend your order prior to shipping, we will fulfill it with the inventory of your choice, pending availability. If we are unable to fill / refill your order, you can select a store credit or a Full refund. If you cancel your order within 2 business days and prior to shipping, we will issue your card a credit for the amount of purchase (including shipping charges, if any).  Rugs normally ship within 24-48hrs. from our warehouse.

• Merchandise Warranty**

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Carpet Rides warranty's your rug to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Carpet Rides offers a limited replacement warranty on any rug within this time period. Normal wear and tear is not covered. If you believe your CARPETRIDES  purchase is experiencing a workmanship defect, please contact our Customer Support department VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.

• Merchandise Returns & Exchanges**

If you ORDERED CARPETRIDES AS A GIFT OR changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange, please send us your unopened and unused item back to us and once received, within 30 days of purchase and you will be issued a Carpet Rides store credit or Refund from us to shop for another Carpet Rides product. Carpet Rides will exchange your purchase and ship to you promptly upon receipt of your return.

 To return / send your purchase to Carpet Rides, please see the following instructions below:

1.     Check all returned items to be sure they are in unopened and new condition (including all original packing slip and any accessories.) Should you have any questions, please call us directly at 800-764-7459.

2.     please Include a copy of the original email invoice or email Order Confirmation or Fedex Label.

3.     We recommend you send your return with the INSURED FedEx Return label that we provide.  We  cannot process your return until the item is received at our warehouse.

4.     Re-Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the following address below. All item's are shipped with aN INSURED  FedEx return label, this is our preferred way of having you send any returns. Please use this label or call us and we can generate one for you via email.
